Refunds, Returns & Warranty
If your purchase is faulty or in the unlikely event we have substituted your purchase for a similar or better product and you are dis-satisfied, then Hardware Warehouse will cover the cost of recovery of the said product and where necessary replacement or full refund.
If there are no faults with your product but you require a refund, then we ask you to notify us within 7 working days starting from the day after you received your goods of your intention to cancel.
Please notify us in writing, email or by phone using the details below of your wish to cancel.
Goods must be returned within 30 days and in its original shipping packaging, un-used and your product should be in the same condition as when it was received by you.
In the event of a cancellation you need to make the goods ready for collection during business hours (9am - 5pm) by our chosen courier.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations with respect to the performance advertised then Hardware Warehouse may at its discretion replace your product for a similar product.
We require you tell us within 30 days from the date of delivery of any faults, damages and returns queries.
Hardware Warehouse does not accept returns for non faulty goods after 30 days from purchase.
Hardware Warehouse offers a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects only.
Electrical Items - if there is no fault and the product has been used we cannot accept the return as the product cannot be resold, if there is a an issue the same guidelines as above apply, please register with the manufacturer for any extended warranties/guarantees.
